2015 - 2017 Mustang Double Sided Carbon Fiber Type-TW Hood Call for stock status Call for shipping quote - Type-TW double sided carbon fiber hood for 2015-2017 Ford Mustang *Double Sided - carbon fiber "skeleton" bonded to underside of carbon fiber hood - reduced weight *Mesh screen- is removable- and paintable *Mounts with OE hardware *Modifications may be necessary for correct fitment of the O.E. windshield washer- spray nozzles- as- part of the normal installation process. *OE rubber bump stops may need to be relocated from chassis to hood *All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins- -- AeroCatch- or- Quic-Latch- *Heat shield required- *Hoods are hand crafted and weigh approximately 24.7 lbs. (stock hood- weighs 31 lbs.) *Always carefully close a composite hood. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack. *Anderson Composites does not suggest re-installing gas shocks/dampers/struts *The use of a- hood prop rod- is highly recommended
